Refurbishment Service
The KUKA Refurbishment Service contains a detailed diagnosis and overhaul of the robot arm including replacement of common wearing parts by our KUKA Customer Service specialists.
On-Site Pre-Check
The Onsite Pre-Check is providing an objective assessment of the current condition of the used robot. The detailed diagnosis is carried out by a KUKA service specialist. The test result and recommmended measures will be provided in a digital form.
Remote Pre-Check
The Remote Pre-Check is checking if the robot system is complete, in the described configuration and all 6 axes are running via an online verficiation procedure.
Logistic Service
To ensure, that the robot is delivered safely and efficiently, we offer a logistic bundle in cooperation with our transportation partner.
Commissioning
On site commissioning is carried out using a checklist ensuring safety functions, first mastering and function test. Excluding travel costs and expenses.
Update and Upgrade Service
Upgrade of pre-installed KUKA technology packages – extra charge for more than three technologies per technology package.
Single Maintenance
In the basic inspection, a complete diagnosis of the robot system is carried out. The results are documented on a maintenance checklist and a repair recommendation is handed over if required.
