Where do I find the serial number of my robot?
In most cases, the serial number can be found on a metal plate located on the robot's base or pedestal. You can also check the robot's documentation or contact us directly for assistance.
Can I sell my robot, if I cannot find the serial number?
Yes, please contact us via E-Mail and we will figure out the rest together.
Is there a cost for listing a robot on KUKA circle?
No, listing your robot on KUKA | circle is free of charge. However there are some additional services, that you may have to pay for.
What happens once a buyer is interested?
Seller: If you used the Premium Package, you do not have to do anything until we have settled everything with the buyer. If you chose the Basic or Standard package we will inform you as soon as a buyer requests your used KUKA robot.
What are the payment methods available for buying or selling a used KUKA robot?
The payment is either made between KUKA and you or with a third party supplier and you.
For payments to KUKA directly, we use our standard procedure: you get an invoice and you must pay it in time.
For payments between a KUKA partner and you, we provide contract templates, that may be used. Please clarify details with our KUKA partner directly. If you need assistance, contact our support team.
Can I request a demo or inspection of the robot before buying it?
Yes, you can buy our "On-site Pre-Check" or "Remote Pre-Check" and we will inspect the robot for you.
What is the difference between refurbishment, maintenance and used robot check?
Refurbishment is a comprehensive service that involves upgrading and repairing the robot to restore it to its original condition. Maintenance is a routine service to ensure the robot is operating at its optimal performance. Used robot check is an objective assessment of the robot's current condition and recommended measures.
Where can I see the prices?
Prices are available for registered customers. If you already have a registration log in to see the prices of available robots.
My registration was not completed. How can I proceed?
Possible reasons for this could be:
- No business email address provided: to ensure that our services meet the business needs of our customers, it is necessary to provide a business email address. If you used a private e-mail address during registration, we ask you to register again with an appropriate business e-mail address.
- Your company is located outside the countries we serve.
